Returns & Refund Policy

At usdecopra, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, we offer returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Conditions for Returns

To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be returned

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • The product must not be customized beyond the standard options available on the product page

2. Return Process

2.1 Request Approval

Before returning any item, you must contact us to request authorization. Once approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for proper packaging

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Damaged products (including frames, prints, or packaging)

  • Incorrect items (wrong size, design, or color)

  • Missing parts or hanging hardware

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (such as items with added text or images)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

5. Exchanges

To exchange a product, you must first complete the return process for the original item. A new order should then be placed separately. Any approved refund or store credit may be applied toward your replacement purchase.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Inspection

Once your return is received, it will be inspected within approximately 3–5 business days.

6.2 Approval and Refund

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6.3 Bank Processing Time

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to complete the transaction.
